PLEASE bring your own picking containers and line w/plastic bag for removal at check-out. LOTS OF U-Pick RIPE THORNLESS BLACKBERRIES, along with U-pick yellow squash, green onions, peppers, cucumbers, eggplant, sunflowers, BHN-871 low-acid tomatoes that can be picked green or yellow, and a row of mixed squash. Bring shears to pick sunflowers and eggplant. PRE-PICKED PEACHES, GROWN HERE $7.00/lb, or $30 tote. Sorry NO U-PICK PEACHES. ASK CASHIER ABOUT SPECIAL PRICING ON OVER-RIPE AND SMALL PEACHES. Also, pre-picked Tromboncino (Zucchetta) Heirloom Squash available in the market, and Blackberry, Peach and Fig Preserves, all made from our homegrown fruit. Zinnias not ready to pick yet. Very few red variety tomatoes ripe, but we do have lots of BHN-871 low-acid tomatoes that turn yellow when ripe, available for picking in the green stage now. BHN-871’s are meaty with low moisture, so make the perfect fried green tomato. Please do not pick GREEN tomatoes anywhere except between the two PINK FLAGS tied on the tomato fence (see photo).
