HUGE thanks to all who came out and picked today! Weather was nice and berries, vegetables and flowers were plentiful. Still lots more, so we will be open tomorrow (Sat. 5/22/21 7:30am-1:00pm) for another fun day. We will only be closed if a lightning storm pops up--otherwise, open for business! Open Sunday (5/23/21 7:30am-1:00pm) if not picked out after Saturday. Check out the attached photo of yellow sign, showing what will be available. Great idea to read before coming or screenshot for reference. All squash: yellow crookneck, zucchini (green & yellow), spaghetti, and acorn are really putting on. Also available for picking: curly kale, dino kale, eggplant, some peppers (jalapeno, sweet banana, few serrano), zinnias, sunflowers and a few cucumbers. Tomatoes need at least another week or so. Please bring your garden shears/clippers to cut flowers and some vegs. Pickers check in before 12:30pm to pick, weigh and pay by our 1:00pm sharp closing time. FYI: Binford Rd. is under construction between HWY 290 and FM 2920, so if 290/Binford exit is closed off, exit Kickapoo or FM 2920. See HOME tab on this website for pricing, maps, history, etc. Come on out and enjoy the wide open skies of Waller, TX.
