WAIT NO LONGER if you plan to pick blackberries this season! HOURS THIS WEEK; Open daily 7:30 am-1:00 pm Tues (6/14/22) THROUGH Sun. (6/19/22). Still a lot of great quality blackberries on the vines, but after heat wave predicted this coming week, many of them will become dried fruit and blackberry season will end much sooner than normal! So don’t delay your thornless blackberry picking or you may be disappointed! For U-Pick: Tomatoes (large, cherry, grape, some roma), radishes, okra, kale, dino kale, squash (yellow, green zucchini, yellow zucchini), green onions, chard, cucumbers, carrots, AND BRING CLIPPERS TO CUT EGGPLANT AND SUNFLOWERS. (See yellow sign pictured here, and on the post in the market.) For sale pre-picked til sold out: Seeded watermelons (red and yellow meat), Dill ($2.00/bunch), green/red tomatoes, grape & cherry tomatoes, cantaloupes (super-sweet Dove and Pecos types), butternut squash, sunflowers, zucchini, okra seeds, peach BBQ wood and oak firewood. REMINDER: WE OPEN 7:30am, and pickers must check in before 12:30pm and weigh/pay by our 1:00pm sharp closing time. PLEASE BRING SHEARS/CLIPPERS FOR CUTTING FLOWERS AND SOME VEGGIES.
