June 02nd, 2020

6/2/2020

Tomorrow (Wed. 6/3/20) is looking like a super day for blackberry picking. Thanks to all who came out today, and we still have LOTS of thornless blackberries to pick since we are in peak season. Hours for 6/3/20 are 7:30am-1:00pm. Please check in before 12:30pm to pick, weigh and pay before we close at 1:00pm. The yellow sign pictured here lists what IS, and what IS NOT, available for picking. If you can read it before you check in, it saves all of us time and gets the line moving much faster. Zinnias are on the ''available" list to pick tomorrow, but they were picked pretty hard today, so there won't be a tremendous amount to pick tomorrow. Bring your scissors anyway, in case you get here early enough to pick zinnias, and thank you for cutting them properly so you are not cutting the future blooms. In the market, pre-picked we have homegrown peaches, squash, butternut squash, spaghetti squash, delicata squash, tomatoes (red and green), and lots of beets and onions.
