Updated 6-4-12: Due to the tremendous crop of blackberries this year, we are temporarily extending our open hours:
Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm; Sunday 10 am to 2 pm. After June 15, 2012 we will assess the need for picking and possibly change hours at that time.
Updated 9-9-11: Open today for beginning of Fall-Winter 2011 season. Hours are Mon-Sat 10 am-6 pm, Sunday 10 am-2 pm. Nothing for pick-your-own at this time, but market is open with lots of goodies. We will be open thru Christmas Eve, except closed a few days over Thankgiving weekend. We pray that the wildfires from Montgomery & Waller counties don’t spread this far—we don’t want to cook your veggies while they are still in the field. Our hearts go out to all those affected by the Texas wildfires, and we pray for a rapid end to this nightmare. Come out and support local farmers, because no matter what happens we will try to keep the fields producing food to sustain us throughout these tough times.
Updated 6-13-11
Open Monday through Saturday: 10 am – 6 pm, Sunday 10 am-2 pm. These are our official hours, but alot of the time someone will be there as early as 8:30 or 9 am, especially during blackberry picking season. If you want to come before 10 am any day, call first and see if someone answers, or just drive by and look for the “open” sign!
We are open semi-year-round. We usually close the month of August and re-open the weekend after Labor Day, and close for a several weeks after Christmas. During those times we are busy planting for the next season.
Hours are subject to change without notice, but that won’t happen very often.
