Henrietta Leghorn: June 14, 2011 Hope your folks are enjoying the free-range eggs that all us Spring Chickens are laying now. It’s so hot, most of the eggs don’t even need any more cooking than they already got out here in the henhouse. When you hear one of us old hens cackling as we lay an egg, we are really asking, “scrambled or over-easy?” Cluck, Cluck!
